Quality control department

Every piano restored by SAP Renovation undergoes a rigorous 3-stage quality control process. This ensures that all pianos restored by the company meet the highest acoustic, mechanical, and aesthetic standards.

QUALITY CONTROL AND EXPERT ASSESSMENT

Technical Assessment Before any restoration work begins, a technical assessment is conducted. Based on their experience, SAP Renovation’s technicians advise on which components should be restored and which do not require it. The client is informed of the technicians’ recommendations and makes the final decision regarding the scope of the restoration.

Quality Control No. 1 – Departmental Inspection After each stage of the restoration is completed, every component of the instrument is thoroughly checked by an experienced specialist. It is only approved when it meets all standards. This guarantees the highest quality of restoration for every sub-assembly of the piano.

Quality Control No. 2 – Comprehensive Inspection Once the restoration of individual components is complete and the instrument is assembled, it is inspected by an experienced piano technician. At this stage, the restoration of each component is checked for a second time, and the performance of the piano as a whole is also evaluated.

Quality Control No. 3 – Final Inspection Before the instrument is dispatched to the client, it is meticulously inspected by the dedicated sales advisor. This final check assures the client that every single detail of the piano has been completed with the utmost care and diligence.
